1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pror's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Pror provides AI-powered link building services for marketing agencies. Our services include foundational links, contextual links, and digital PR placements.

3. Payment Terms

Services are provided on a 30-day rolling agreement basis. Payment is due monthly in advance. We require 30 days' notice before pausing or ending service.

4. Service Guarantees

We guarantee all agreed-upon placements. If a link is removed for any reason within 180 days, we replace it at no cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
